I am very very unhappy with how Gus handled my trying to buy a used vehicle. I visited the GMC Dalership on Tuesday July 5th 2022 because there was a used SUV I was interested in. I was very honest with Gus about my financial situation. I was looking at putting down approximately $6000 and needing to finance the remainder. It was late Tuesday when I arrived at the dealership so I understood that it would be the next day before Gus would have an answer to the financing question, he said he would text me and let me know. To date 7/8/22 I have not heard a single word from him. He has my cell number, my work number and my email but he has not reached out at all. Yes I figure that I did not get the financing but he could have had the decency to contact me and let me know. I have used Lou Fusz before and probably will again but I will never deal with Gus. I give him 5 stars for all the bull he dealt me and 0 stars for being a respectful salesman to anyone with financial difficulties If anyone would like to reach out to me for more information please feel free..
