He was upfront, honest, and on point. He even gave us his phone number and answered questions on our behalf after hours (so unusual). Thanks to Gus's quick assessment of our preferences, we got more than what we had hoped for at a price that was well below anything we could have gotten around here. Ryan Powers quickly worked through our financing options, and John Randazzo resolved an issue that popped up in the most customer satisfactory way. Additionally, Kristii Willis, Delivery Specialist was amazing as she patiently, yet expeditiously taught us all the buttons/gadgets/apps/phone connections and capabilities of the vehicle with an awesome smile and joy that just radiated from her. We could not be happier with our experience. I didn't even mention they included a 200,000 mile 10 year extension warranty on the drive train. This was the best car purchasing experience we’ve ever had bar none. We LOVE our 2023 GMC Terrain SLT. Many thanks to all!!!!! More
