2020 Aviator Delivery Gus did a great job explaining the features of the Aviator. He did it all while wearing a mask for Covid 19. Never again Bought 2 vehicles from there. The manager promises things and after the deal is done, is rude and gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. However, my Bought 2 vehicles from there. Late review, I worked with Gus on 1/29 to retrieve a wheel lock key that was not in the truck when I bought the truck. Gus was very helpful and professional through out. How ever his sales manager Joe E wheel lock key that was not in the truck when I bought the truck. Gus was very helpful and professional through out. How ever his sales manager Joe England was extremely rude and unhelpful. I did not retrieve the key that day and ended up getting it at the racine chevy bouche. After being treated with extreme disrespect from Joe I called corporate and spoke with Pat Mayer’s. Pat and Gus are men who care about customer service and treating people with respect. Pat apologized for Joes behavior and returned money due to me from the original sale. I appreciate the conversation I had with Pat, and I appreciate the apology. Pat said he would use this as a teaching moment for all his dealerships. I hope this is true. While an apology is great the best apology is changed behavior. Andrae More
