Nick was so patient and showed us a few different models with various trim levels. He was never pushy, and we never felt any pressure during the negotiation process. Once we narrowed down on our Genesis GV60 model, Jose C. over in Finance took great care of us and was a pleasure to work with. Even while it was the end of the month, the process was seamless and the service was great! I also was able to get assistance from Amir, one of their insurance brokers on site and he was able to find us a lower insurance quote. Everyone I dealt with was great. Looking back, I'm so glad I contacted them. As an indication of how good the experience was, I drove *four hours each way* to pick up the car, and it was totally worth it. Matt Sanchez noticed the keychain ring on one of the fobs was broken and went through all of the hoops to, behind the scenes, get the situation resolved without me having to raise a stink. They do not play games like other dealerships. Them being centrally-located (in Orlando), no matter where you are in Florida, I would highly recommend you contact them if you are in the market for a Genesis, Hyundai, or Nissan. If more dealerships start doing business like them, car salesmen might start to have a good reputation! ;-) More
