Greenway Kia East has a large impressive inventory to choose from, a welcoming environment and the best sales personnel, I saw Greg, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient! They worked with us to fulfill our interest with great intent. Whatever your situation they will help, from the floor manager to service manager, they got your back! It's a Quick turn around! If you want to be treated like royalty and even like family choose this location! They have a full line of the new Kia's, pre owned as well as a variety of other brands in great condition, their inventory has good mileage, go take a look, their line is very impressive! I went in just to look but left with a new Kia, and this was after visiting 4 other dealerships. I don't usually leave recommendations but I just had to, both my husband and I were very impressed 💯! You also get a very impressive warranty including roadside assistance, and a multiple of other coverages!! Pleasant staff. Everyone said hello, asked how my experience was going, and was energetic about my vehicle selection. My Sales Rep, Greg, was energetic, had a pleasant demeanor, smile on his face, and proved an excellent sales experience. Internet Sales (Stephanie) was polite, responsive and answered all my questions (several texts, emails, phone calls) before arriving to dealership. Other brands and locations did not provide this level of service…leading me to choose Greenway KIA. Once I arrived, I met at the front desk and was introduced by her to Greg (my Sales Rep). Dealership and bathrooms were clean and presentable. Temperature was comfortable and staff wore branded shirts making them all easily identifiable. 4 Star given in view of Service waiting area, which is viewable from the showroom floor. This area needs a refresh, furniture is worn, needs more electrical plug access and a work station. More
