I just had a excellent car buying experience at Ron Tonkin Hyundai. The whole process was completed on-line and it probably the easiest and fastest car buying process that I’ve been part of in my life Tonkin Hyundai. The whole process was completed on-line and it probably the easiest and fastest car buying process that I’ve been part of in my life (I’m 72). I dealt with Ian throughout the process including that he drove the new 2024 Santa Cruz to my home, with all the needed paperwork. He carefully explain all the terms of the purchase so I didn’t have any question or concerns. Prior to Ian showing up the financial manger explained all my options and I never felt confused and/or pressured into buying extras that I did not need or want. Once all the paperwork was signed, he sat down with my wife (her truck) and explained all the features and how they worked and answered all her questions that she had. I big shoutout and thank you to Ian and all the others at Ron Tomlins’ who were part of the buying process. I would recommend all my friends and family who were in the market to buy a new or used vehicle to shop at a Ron Tonkin’s dealership first. Ask for Ian if you are looking at Hyundai.
