I purchased a 2022 Audi e-tron S Sportback from this dealership on February 22, 2025 for $39,000. The car was represented as having passed all inspections. The regenerative braking system failed on the dealership on February 22, 2025 for $39,000. The car was represented as having passed all inspections. The regenerative braking system failed on the drive home. I took the car to an Audi dealership on February 25. Two days later I was told the motor needed to be fully replaced. I was without the car from February 25 through March 30, over five weeks, on a vehicle I had owned for three days. On April 5, I discovered the windshield had a previously repaired crack that is already beyond repair and requires full replacement at a cost of $3,800. When I raised this with the dealership, a representative named Ryan Mallone called me to say they would not cover it. The only remedy offered across both issues was a $200 gift card. On a $39,000 purchase. I have filed a formal complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection Division and have escalated to Gee Automotive CEO Ryan Gee directly. This matter remains unresolved. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle here, ask specifically what inspections were performed, get everything in writing, and have the vehicle independently inspected before you sign anything. I did not, and I am paying for it. More

Great customer service Since I didn't have a car, Maria picked me up at my home. Bringing the car I was interested in. She showed and explained to me how all of the new to me gadgets in the car work. Everyone in Ron Tonkin Hyundai was very courteous and helpful. Thank you to Maria for making a pleasant experience. I ended up buying two cars. More
