Greg Nims was great, he did exactly what I needed him to do. I told him the vehicle I was interested in, he looked over, drove it and told me via phone what in needed. All in all, I am very satisfied with do. I told him the vehicle I was interested in, he looked over, drove it and told me via phone what in needed. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase of the vehicle and the service provided by Greg, the dealership however gets a big zero. They reported to Carfax that they conducted a predelivery inspection and oil change on the on the pick up truck. NO!! it was a quart and half low on oil and had an old Motorcraft oil filter with a date on it, a four tire different amounts of air in them, none of the remaining fluids under the hood were checked either, all were needed to be topped off. Service department gets a zero. Finance department is the biggest scammers, while Serra states they have a satisfaction guarantee, that is far from the truth. I was forced to sign a "no cool down" clause in the contract, was told my pay-off on my trade was handled, that was a huge lie, and when tried to "return the vehicle" to cancel the deal, was told "too bad, too late". More

Lacks clear communication from salesman, as to what they are actually selling you in your service/warranty packages. Service department is just ok. Have had some negative visits, but we still go because it’ are actually selling you in your service/warranty packages. Service department is just ok.
