We got screwed over by Carvana when trying to purchase a Rivian. It came damaged (not in the pictures) in many ways and I was running around and trying to have it looked at for claims. We set up an appointment to see some vehicles locally at Manheim Imports and boy are we happy we did! Greg was great and it was good to see the vehicle in-person. He also assured us that if anything was wrong with the vehicle, to let him know first and they would take care of. I can trust Manheim imports and will be looking to them in the future! More

Car was delivered without working electric charger, second key or owners manual. Charger was provided, but not Audi certified which will cause an issue on resale. I showed up unannounced to test drive a carfor myself after spending the past few days dealing with a large chain dealership to buy a car for my daughter(I won't name the other dealership...but it was th after spending the past few days dealing with a large chain dealership to buy a car for my daughter(I won't name the other dealership...but it was those xxxxxxx over at Freddy Beans. You should never shop at a dealership whose name sounds like a 1950s gangster). Anyway, I didn't buy the car, but what a great experience. I showed up unwashed, in Golden Girls pajama bottoms, and got no pretense from the dealership. Much larger selection than I expected, and literally no pressure. Greg asked if I wanted to buy it. I purchased a pre owned corvette from Manheim. Greg and everyone at the dealership were very accommodating. I'm in Florida and I ask a million questions they answered them all and did it in good h Greg and everyone at the dealership were very accommodating. I'm in Florida and I ask a million questions they answered them all and did it in good humor. They were very patient and always respectful even when I labored over every little thing. I had the car pre purchase (on site) inspected and also Manheim took the car to the local Chevrolet dealer for inspection as well. Very accommodating above and beyond what most dealers volunteer to do. The car passed all the inspections and Greg patiently answered all my questions and provided me with several videos and photos. Greg earned 5 stars for his excellent customer service. Greg had the car loaded on the delivery semi and 4 days later the truck pulled up at my house. I must admit the car was all I could have hoped for. No surprises, if anything it was better than Greg represented. I would not think twice about buying another car from these folks. Thank You, Manheim! More
