We got screwed over by Carvana when trying to purchase a Rivian. It came damaged (not in the pictures) in many ways and I was running around and trying to have it looked at for claims. I showed up unwashed, in Golden Girls pajama bottoms, and got no pretense from the dealership. Much larger selection than I expected, and literally no pressure. Greg asked if I wanted to buy it.
