We got screwed over by Carvana when trying to purchase a Rivian. It came damaged (not in the pictures) in many ways and I was running around and trying to have it looked at for claims. We set up an appointment to see some vehicles locally at Manheim Imports and boy are we happy we did! Greg was great and it was good to see the vehicle in-person. He also assured us that if anything was wrong with the vehicle, to let him know first and they would take care of. I can trust Manheim imports and will be looking to them in the future! More

Car was delivered without working electric charger, second key or owners manual. Charger was provided, but not Audi certified which will cause an issue on resale.
