One month after my 45,000 mile checkup my front brakes needed replacing. Apparently there were no notes about what they looked like at that point. I was then quoted an exorbitant amount and told the price needed replacing. Apparently there were no notes about what they looked like at that point. I was then quoted an exorbitant amount and told the price was higher due to OEM parts being longer lasting than aftermarket parts. It seems unlikely that they are 4x better. More

The service tech was pleasant and attentive. She did make excuses for everything that was on my mind about the car. I haven’t owned an American car in over 30 years until this car and it will be my last. Quality just isn’t there. Level of service lacks as well. There was an issue with my windshield washer pump and Murgado was going to charge me $700 to repair it and I had my local ASCE Certified mechanic look at it and he fixed it for nothing. It was that simple. More
