This is the absolute worst service we have ever gotten. Not only is a Jeep the worst car we have ever purchased (it's had 2 major issues since we bought it...one being the transmission) but the service at Not only is a Jeep the worst car we have ever purchased (it's had 2 major issues since we bought it...one being the transmission) but the service at this Jeep dealer is awful. When we took it in for the transmission issue, it took them 2 months to fix it. They claimed they would give us a rental but that never happened. We were given the run around about everything and we even had to call the manufacturer ourselves because apparently, they couldn't do it themselves. We had to file a claim and even then the issues weren't handled. I've honestly never had this bad of service anywhere. Our other car is a Ford and it's got nearly 200,00 miles and it's been great. Do yourself a favor and buy any other car than a Jeep. More

I came into this dealership already knowing what was wrong with my car: it needed a software update. I clearly communicated this to the staff, yet they insisted on performing a “diagnosis” despite my ow wrong with my car: it needed a software update. I clearly communicated this to the staff, yet they insisted on performing a “diagnosis” despite my own scanner—and their technician—confirming there were no codes. What did this unnecessary “diagnosis” cost me? $240, only for them to tell me exactly what I had already told them. To add insult to injury, I specifically came to the dealership for recall fixes, which I know are supposed to be free. Yet, somehow, I was charged $240 for what should have been covered. This feels like nothing short of a scam. If this is how they operate, I’ll make sure others know about it—and I’m certain the Better Business Bureau will be interested in hearing the full story as well. More
