The JNT service department is organized, efficient, and friendly. I've serviced 2 Tacomas and now 2 Tundras at JNT. From the greeting to the pickup, you will find a well -oiled machine. Auston F. is abo friendly. I've serviced 2 Tacomas and now 2 Tundras at JNT. From the greeting to the pickup, you will find a well -oiled machine. Auston F. is above average in both his customer focus and his technical expertise. Auston is patient and listens to all of my concerns about the vehicle. A shout out to the technicians behind the scene that do their job. They found a squeak on my last Tundra that was driving me insane as an example. Work with Auston and you won't be disappointed. I also just bought my first brand new Toyota through the Sales Department. I would give 10 stars if I could. My Sales experience was above even my expectations. Danny Hill and Gibson Freter had excellent customer focus. From the initial inquiry to after the sale service, they both focused on me as the customer. Highly recommend working with them directly. I am a JNT service customer for life as long as this standard of customer service remains. More

I found this dealership online and found they had what I was looking for. I had them reserve a vehicle for me as I live out of state. I show up test drive the vehicle and decide to move forward. First I was in my opinion after doing research, severely low-balled on my trade in. Then had to wait for much longer than I should have for finance. They tried to get me to finance through a different institution than I had already told them I wanted. Anyway, I drive away in the new vehicle back to my state. A couple days later I was reviewing the invoice and noticed that one of the Dealer Installed Options was included in the price but not included on the vehicle. I contacted Eric to see if we could get this corrected but he told me I got such a good deal they would not refund my money for this option. I then contacted his sales manager who never would get back with me. Clearly they don't care about you after you leave their lot, so therefore I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is not how you treat customers if you want repeat business from them. I feel I am being generous with giving them 3 stars. More

We were very excited to purchase a new car from this dealership. We got on the wait list for our dream car and waited to hear good news on the arrival of the car. The dealership did a great job of finding the car much sooner than we expected. Although, the car arrived when we were out of town for business, so could not pick it up the day it arrived. We had to fight for the dealership to hold the car until our return with threats of easily selling it to another customer who could buy it sooner. After negotiations, the dealership agreed to hold the car for us. We asked where it would be held: the front of the dealership. We requested the car be secured in a open parking space in the back to protect it until our return, since it was essentially a sold vehicle. Again, we had to fight for this, but they did oblige. The dealership would not lose any money in either of these cases to care for our car and work with us to make a sale. Had they been willing and cheerful about working with us to make the sale, this would be a much different review. The enormous sign in their dealership says 'Your Service is Our Pleasure' but this was not the case. Then the fact that the car was parked at the dealership for a short time at no cost to the dealership was used against us in negotiations in the form of a $600 increase in price on a previously agreed upon item and decreased flexibility in negotiations. This fact was brought up many times to be used against us throughout the process of buying the car as an excuse to not consider any of our negotiations/ requests. I can list more examples, but I will end here. I felt as though we had to fight for customer service rather than the helpful, positive customer-focused service they advertise. To end on a positive note, our salesman was wonderful throughout the process and it is unfortunate he has to work under this leadership. More
