They added window tint on the vehicle which had bubbling, I took it to get redone, and the rear glass still had issues. I called the sales rep who set up the redo of the window tint when I noticed it, I was I took it to get redone, and the rear glass still had issues. I called the sales rep who set up the redo of the window tint when I noticed it, I was already 45 mins from the dealership, I informed him of this and he told me to bring it back in. I turn around and he's not in so I speak with the managers who inform the window tinters were clocked out/gone for the night. They managed to find one of the guys who worked with the window tint company who stated he didn't have the kit, but would order it and I would hear back to set up something. I informed them I could not take another day off work to deal with this, so I ask if it's possible to set up something for a Saturday, the window tinter said that we could, and the used car sales manager informed me that my sales rep would call me to set it up. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. More

I only sat in the lobby for about 5 minutes before I met Dewayne. He came to me to discuss some services that has not been performed on my vehicle and to inform me what all could be done that day. Dewayne even spoke to hubby on the phone to "get approval." No one has ever offered to talk to a second party at a dealership to make sure everything was clarified before proceeding. We agreed on additional services, and Dewayne was absolutely great. A people person for sure, and genuinely wanted me to walk out a satisfied customer. Also wanted to mention the sales rep, G, for providing excellent customer service when first purchasing my vehicle back in 2017. To this day, I still remember how he worked with us on price and payment to make sure we were satisfied. Happy to see he was still there when I came in for service.
