The mileage was higher than what I was looking for, but the service history indicated the previous owner's utilized Ford dealerships for maintenance, which was a positive. I was assigned Gerardo Holguin as the salesperson, and he was knowledgeable about the vehicle options already installed. Gerardo was quick to communicate while not being pushy at the same time. I ended up flying from Georgia to Texas to make the purchase within 2 weeks of locating the vehicle in the Mac Haik Ford Lincoln of Georgetown inventory. Because of the 13 hr driving distance, I used the option to have my vehicle delivered, and Gerardo was able to provide me a local contact at Montway Auto Transport. Gerardo notified me when the vehicle was picked up, and the Auto Transport driver delivered it 2 days later. Overall, I had a positive experience purchasing a vehicle from Mac Haik and would recommend them in the future as the entire staff worked with me as an out of state purchaser. More
