Bad Car Experience BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THEM. We bought a 2014 Acura ILX from here LAST WEEK we came to look at two vehicles and happen to like this particular one. We ended up purchasing it, but We bought a 2014 Acura ILX from here LAST WEEK we came to look at two vehicles and happen to like this particular one. We ended up purchasing it, but before we left my censor for my tire was on. I told them to fix it and they said they would take care of it and I would pick it up the next day. The next day I picked up the car and the censor for the tire was gone and they told me nothing was wrong with the tire. Took the car home and by Friday the censor for the tire came back on and while driving I kept hearing a metallic type of noise and clunk noise more when I went over bumps. Also a loud noise when I step on the brakes and a weird noise when I switch gears. So After realizing that there was something wrong I took the car to the Acura dealer to see whats going on. We discovered the left rear tire has a slit in it, we need a new tire. The rear engine mount needs to be replaced due to some kind of accident that I wasn't aware of, wasn't on the car fax. Also needs transmission Flush, Air and cabin filters needs to be changed. After multiple trips to them and Acura, they told me they will fix everything and apologizes for the inconvenience. I feel like this whole situation should of never happen. I'am very UPSET that I have to take the car back and fourth to dealers to be fixed. I never should of been sold this vehicle with all these issues. We will never purchase another vehicle from here or will not recommenced this place to friends or family. More
