Recently completed the 75k mile service. The car interior was returned to me dirty than received by me - paper mats and others trash was left in the car. I was not informed when my car was ready - I noticed was returned to me dirty than received by me - paper mats and others trash was left in the car. He is always friendly, helpful, and effective in not only diagnosing my service needs but more importantly George Gushulak is my service consultant. He is always friendly, helpful, and effective in not only diagnosing my service needs but more importantly providing fair consultation on which repairs/maintenance issues are critical to now vs. those that can wait. After more than a decade of being an exclusive BMW customer, I'm overall very pleased with Audi's service. The one area of improvement for them would be to get a larger fleet of loaner cars. The first time I arrived recently for my scheduled service appointment they didn't have a loaner car for me, leaving me no choice but reschedule for another time. More
