This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Mike DeArdo at the ford store in wheeling. He has always been great to work with. The rest of the Sales team is top notch also. I was traveling from NJ through wheeling towing a car trailer, I had an issue while driving so I stopped at the dealer to have it looked at. I was on a time crunch, a tech was walking in the door and hea trailer, I had an issue while driving so I stopped at the dealer to have it looked at. I was on a time crunch, a tech was walking in the door and heard me speaking with the service associate. he read over the warranty file and immediately went and got his lab top and start diagnosing. He explained everything to me, took us in the shop and showed me the issue. Fixed and then accompanied me on a test drive after hooking the trailer back up. While test driving he ran test in the laptop and monitored the system while driving. The issue was resolved and with in 2 hours we were back in the road. I can’t thank the service team enough for having a soft heart for our situation and tending to us so fast. I have waited at other dealerships longer for an oil change than this entire experience. More
