Took my 24 Ford Escape in for a warranty covered front pinion seal that was leaking and an oil change. The repair took longer than they expected. I had plans for the day so couldn’t really stay to wait fo pinion seal that was leaking and an oil change. The repair took longer than they expected. I had plans for the day so couldn’t really stay to wait for it to be done. After the repair was made they delivered the vehicle to my house and waived the oil change fee for my inconvenience.
