I've owned the car 3+ months and I've used the service department twice (5k maintenance and a few dealer-only adjustments). Now that the new car smell is gone, I can judge the transaction with a clear head and can say buying a new car here was a great decision and an extremely - dare I say it? - easy and pleasant experience!! Three visits to test drive (Dave) to make sure I chose the right model for me, and two email exchanges with the sales manager (Geoff) and the deal was made. After joining the forums and FB group for the TX I can say I think I got a very fair deal. No pressure at all (we've all heard the horror stories of new car shopping) - just a polite and civil back and forth. My service advisor (Peppino) has been an absolute delight to work with. Love the car - and the dealership experience has been "Very Lexus". I would recommend letting these folks have a chance to earn your business; I think they will. Love my TX - thanks guys!! More

I have been coming to Lexus of Warwick for sales, parts and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the fi and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the first time, they are always making sure that I keep coming back. When I call PAPINO for service he is always making sure that he accommodates my time for an appointment. When I enter the service bay he makes sure he greets all his customers and then will tell me how long it will take for the service I am there for, he is always spot on and if they find an issue he makes sure he lets me know that if I want to do any other services he will say about how much longer. He is the reason why along with the parts guys and sales managers I keep coming back. More

Unbelievable service-every time I leave their service department my vehicle runs as if I’m driving a new car off the lot. Peppino Palladino my Service Advisor for the past 16 years is the best in the bus department my vehicle runs as if I’m driving a new car off the lot. Peppino Palladino my Service Advisor for the past 16 years is the best in the business-always does a thorough inspection to make sure my car is running at peak performance. Peppino also makes sure that I’m aware of upcoming services that may need to be done at my next appointment so there aren’t surprises down the road. I wouldn’t even consider taking our vehicles anywhere else other than Geoff Sigman’s service dept at inskip Lexus I Warwick. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to let the local community know about the terrific experiences I’ve had with these top notch professionals in the auto industry.
