I had, and am still having, a very disappointing experience with Lexus of Warwick. I waited more than five weeks for a vehicle that I was told had been ordered to my specifications. When I received a call that the car had arrived and was ready for delivery, I made plans to complete the purchase and turn in my current lease. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle was not what I had ordered. Several of the features that were important to me and part of my purchase decision were missing. Afterward, I received conflicting explanations about what had happened, making an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Rather than receiving a clear explanation and a satisfactory resolution, I felt that my concerns were minimized despite the significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption this caused. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for the vehicle that was originally ordered. After more than five weeks of waiting, being told the car was ready, and then learning it was not the correct vehicle, I am now facing additional delays while continuing to wait for the vehicle I agreed to purchase. I do want to acknowledge that the sales representative was professional, apologetic, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the overall handling of the situation and the lack of accountability from management. I chose Lexus because of its reputation for quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Lexus of Warwick has not reflected the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care I expected from the Lexus brand. More

From the moment I walked in he was friendly, attentive and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car and made the entire process 11/21/25. I've owned the car 3+ months and I've used the service department twice (5k maintenance and a few dealer-only adjustments). Now that the new car smell is gone, I can judge the transaction with a clear head and can say buying a new car here was a great decision and an extremely - dare I say it? - easy and pleasant experience!! Three visits to test drive (Dave) to make sure I chose the right model for me, and two email exchanges with the sales manager (Geoff) and the deal was made. After joining the forums and FB group for the TX I can say I think I got a very fair deal. No pressure at all (we've all heard the horror stories of new car shopping) - just a polite and civil back and forth. My service advisor (Peppino) has been an absolute delight to work with. Love the car - and the dealership experience has been "Very Lexus". I would recommend letting these folks have a chance to earn your business; I think they will. Love my TX - thanks guys!! More
