I purchased a Saab 9-2X there in 2005, since my local dealership was too slow to respond to my inquiries ... I called Kelly Saab on a Friday with specific details about what car I wanted, and at what pri dealership was too slow to respond to my inquiries ... I called Kelly Saab on a Friday with specific details about what car I wanted, and at what price. An hour later, Yuri called back, and said it would be there the next day. With only my phone call, they had the car transferred from another dealership, and everything was taken care of. Two weeks later, my local dealership finally called to let me know that they had found a car for me -- unfortunately for them, the Saab from Kelly was already in my garage! In other words, great sales department, and since purchase I've also been consistently impressed with their service department. My biggest complaint is that I now live several states away. More

Very friendly, very loyal and very competitive. everyone remembers me, the owner always comes into the service waiting room to say hello. If I need a loaner for the day they are always willing to provide one at no cost during the service. I was very happy to hear Saab was saved becaus ethe Kelly dealership has made me a Saab customer. they know how to keep clients loyal. they make sure they are "touching" clients often enough so we think of them right away. They have made me a loyal customer for life because of their high touch high quality dealership. More
