Kelly Cadillac of Lancaster is truly a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. The customer service was out of this world. Very friendly and willing to make you feel like you are more than just a purchase a new or used vehicle. The customer service was out of this world. Very friendly and willing to make you feel like you are more than just a sale. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase of one of there used vehicles on there lot. I will definitely be back to Kelly Cadillac to purchase another car in the future. More

I'm almost 73 years old and have wanted a Cadillac all my life. I recently, through my son-in-law and daughter, have received my ultimate dream. My 2008 CTS, in Hot Lava, was acquired through Kelly Cadillac. As a first time Cadillac owner, what an experience!!!! I have nothing but good things to say about everyone you deal with at this dealership. I highly recommend Kelly Cadillac to anyone looking for their dream car. This is my second vehicle purchase from Kelly Cadillac. I traded in my '07 Escalade for an '09 Escalade. With both purchases I was treated as if I were the most valued customer they had. And they continue I traded in my '07 Escalade for an '09 Escalade. With both purchases I was treated as if I were the most valued customer they had. And they continue making me feel that way whenever I stop at the dealership. Whether I'm dealing with those in the showroom, the financing dept., the women in the back offices or the service dept., everyone is friendly, helpful, polite and often humorous. There's just no better place to buy a vehicle than Kelly Cadillac. More

I recently purchased a 2010 Cadillac CTS-V from Kelly Cadillac. I did extensive research on the vehicle before my purchase and even checked another Cadillac dealership to compare a certain option fo Cadillac. I did extensive research on the vehicle before my purchase and even checked another Cadillac dealership to compare a certain option for this vehicle. The other dealership wanted substantially more for the same vehicle than Kelly and also offered me far less for my tradein vehicle. Needless to say, I purchased this vehicle from Kelly Cadillac. Everyone you deal with at Kelly, from sales to service, is very friendly, professional, and will bend over backwards to ensure that you are happy. No hard sell at this dealership. Michelle Russell did a fantastic job as my sales consultant. If you shop at Kelly Cadillac, I would definately recommend her. Kelly Cadillac is "hassle free" shopping. More

Friendly, reasonable prices, regularly provide coupons for service specials and invitations for events. I was introduced to the owner on the first visit and the difference in professionalism and custom for service specials and invitations for events. Nice seating area with free coffee and bagels for service visits. More

I have had several great service expereinces with this dealer. On a few occasions when I experienced a problem with my car (and I was in my home area), I simply drove over to the Kelly Dealership and the dealer. On a few occasions when I experienced a problem with my car (and I was in my home area), I simply drove over to the Kelly Dealership and the service people took me right in and took care of my problem while I waited - even when they were very busy. Greg in service has always done a great job and the rest of the people there are always friendly and helpful. I used tohate going to mycar dealer for service. With Kelly I find it to be a friendly visit. More

The personnel was very curteous. We were very pleased with the way the people made sure our car was clean. Our Salesman did everything to see that we knew what to expect from the car. Kelly Saab was an EXCELLENT Car Dealership to Do Business With. Very Professional Both Dealer and Salesman. The Only Comments Were Clean-Up of Car Could Have Been a Little Better and Should Have Had an Oil With. Very Professional Both Dealer and Salesman. The Only Comments Were Clean-Up of Car Could Have Been a Little Better and Should Have Had an Oil Change with State Inspection - Included!!! However , I Give Kelly Saab a Big 5 (Great) and YES , I Will Absolutely Consider Dealing With This Company In Future. More
