The lack of communication is real , I had to call to get any kind of information on our vehicle, then was completely baffled when all of a sudden our warranty was no good as told by a manager so we go to pi any kind of information on our vehicle, then was completely baffled when all of a sudden our warranty was no good as told by a manager so we go to pick up the vehicle and they tried to charge us almost 400 for nothing only to find out they had the wrong vin number under our vehicle the whole time and then magically we had warranty and coverage and only had to pay the deductible, if we had never gone and kept calling it would have been 1,500 fix , Gabriel did take over out service and we got things situated but before him , the lack of communication is real , and the lack of customer service by service mange me apparently one of the two and another service rep before Gabriel , was awful. We have 5 vehicles bought from them , definitely expected better. Won’t be out next option next time that’s for sure . More

Seguin Chevrolet handled my last visit without any issues. Went in to fix a window tint issue (come to find out that they didn’t even install) and instead of ignoring the problem, they helped me get issues. I was informed that it takes 3 to 5 days just to check the vehicle out before anything happens. If the service bays are backed up that far maybe they need to expand to accommodate the amount of service be the vehicle out before anything happens. If the service bays are backed up that far maybe they need to expand to accommodate the amount of service being done. If they can only service let’s say 40 vehicles a day then they probably shouldn’t take in any more. After the vehicle is in for service i feel commutation is a priority. I believe the customer should be aware of the progress of service every few days. More
