The person who attended us at the beginning did his job, and since the interest seemed very high, we told him that we had an appointment with our bank to improve the interest, he said that he would hold eve and since the interest seemed very high, we told him that we had an appointment with our bank to improve the interest, he said that he would hold everything, that he would not send anything to the dealer's bank until we gave him an answer for which a specific day was established, we went a day earlier with the answer and it turns out that everything had already been sent to his bank, for which our bank told us that they had already made a sale and that when contacting chase chevrolet the response was we have already sent the purchase documents to the westlake financial bank. The manager, Gary Smith and Joaquin Ruiz were aware that no documents were to be sent until the date indicated and approved by all the people mentioned. Now they don't answer my calls, other than that mr. Gary told him that the initial payment would be a certain amount and the increase by $500 more without our consent. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, because they are not honest, we as clients are trusting a serious and professional company, but our experience tells us otherwise, they are not ethical, they lack a lot of empathy, professionalism and seriousness in any situation it is important to practice it and in business it is even more so. The DEALER WAITED FOR OUR RESPONSE TO IMPROVE THE INTEREST THAT CHASE CHEVROLET BANK WAS OFFERING TO US BECAUSE IT WAS TOO HIGH, but when our bank spoke with Chase Chevrolet, the answer was that Chase Chevrolet had already sent the documents to WEST-LAKE FINANCIAL which we assume is Chase Chevrolet's bank. More
