Gary Millay is the best service manager I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. His demeaor is absolutely excellent for this position. He really cares about the customer, we followed him from another de the pleasure to deal with. His demeaor is absolutely excellent for this position. As long as Gary is there we will be coming back and back for service and for any new car needs. He recommends coupons that I have for discount service, and he has saved me alot of money. Everyone in my family and relatives all say the same thing. Gary is the man to see for a great service manager. More

We have been dealing with Jones for a number of years and dealt with their service staff frequently. We have found Mr. Millay to be the most accomodating service person we have ever dealt with. Gary and the service team always do a great job. Explain things in detail, price is always what they estimate. Jones Chrysler Plymouth is one of the best dealeships I have dealt with. I would recommend the service area for anyone who owns a Chrysler product. I own a Chrysler Town&country and a DodgeJourney. Gary was very helpful and very informative. He went out of his way to make sure I received the best pricing on the required work. While the pricing at the dealership is much higher than most autom repair s of his way to make sure I received the best pricing on the required work.
