I am all done with Scranton. Two trips to get something done and the car is worse. No one listens and do not take care of your problem. I had a great experience at this dealership. The team was very attentive to my concerns and made the entire process smooth and efficient. Gareth was great to work with. He explained the work that was going to be done that day and also what service would be needed at the next service check. I’ve had issues previously with the service team not being truthful about the work being done, so I’m still a bit hesitant and not sure yet if I’d recommend Scranton to others. Time will tell. More
