I wanted to take this moment to express my sincere gratitude to service advisor Freddy Estrada. I suffer from bad anxiety and it’s typically at a peek during the holidays. My vehicle breaking down during this time did not make it any better. Freddy was patient, informative, and handled me with care during this process. He went over and beyond to educate me and keep my anxiety at bay. I was able to mentally prepare for all possibilities but never had to endure any other mishaps. He made sure I had a vehicle during the duration my car was being service so that I can continue to work and bring my children to school without interrupting my day to day routine. My overall experience at this dealership was warm, welcoming, and felt safe to know my vehicle was in good hands.
