I got a certified vehicle and the sales department was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Our sales associate stayed late to accommodate the sale on a weeknight. The finance department also stayed late. We had a couple hiccups in the process. There was some confusion with getting funding from our bank, but the sales manager and associate were involved and we figured it out. My vehicle was supposed to have two key fobs, but we realized one was totally incorrect. I ended up having to drive back to the dealership a different day and their locksmith got me the second key fob. I think they are so large that the whole “160” point inspection probably gets rushed through. I also have a minor issue with one window. But I know it’s all covered and I’ll get it fixed at my first included service. I got a fair deal on a great car and I would go back in the future for another used car as overall it was an above average experience at a dealership. More

Fred comes across as an honest and transparent salesman, a good guy all around. He will not mislead you to make a sale and will stand behind what he sells. Any questions that I had, he answered with no problem. If he didn't know the answer he would find out. I had a great experience with Fred during my purchase. In fact if your interested in buying a car.. I would definitely recommend you see Fred Williams. I even had additional accessories added to my truck. Fred made sure that process went smoothly as well. I would recommend Fred Williams to anyone, including my own family, who is looking to buy a new or used Toyota.
