Review: I strongly believe I experienced a "5 STAR" experience with Valley Honda; where, I would assign Mr. Frederick "Fred" Sims an "11/10" rating. I had intended to simply go in for a test drive - experience with Valley Honda; where, I would assign Mr. Frederick "Fred" Sims an "11/10" rating. I had intended to simply go in for a test drive - I knew from reading and research what I wanted but felt I would never be able to actually get it. However, after a test drive with Fred - where the test drive was VERY thorough: discussed/demonstrated features; answered my questions; etc. - I left Valley Honda the same day, driving off the lot! - with a new vehicle. Fred LISTENED to my wants (my "dream car"), addressed my needs (financial constraints), and applied ZERO pressure upon me to lease/purchase. Additionally, Fred introduced me to a Sales Manager, Mr. Shaun Dames, who, in turn, also LISTENED and was able to meet me at my price point. I was not steered toward something I did not want - vehicle or pricing; rather, I was facilitated into getting what I did want, at a price I could afford. Would definitely return to Valley Honda and do business with Fred (and Shaun) again. Will easily refer family, friends, work colleagues, fellow church congregants, and veterans of all branches of service to them as well. SUMMARY: IF you're considering a Honda vehicle, THEN do yourself a favor and ask for Fred at Valley Honda, Naperville. More
