Very pleased with sales associate Fred Jones.Not very Very pleased with sales associate Fred Jones. Not very happy with finance person, I don’t remember his name, African American originally from Amherst Very pleased with sales associate Fred Jones. Not very happy with finance person, I don’t remember his name, African American originally from Amherst, MA. I did remember that as I am also from MA. Many surprises in the finance details when I reviewed later at home. I blame myself for not taking the time to review what I was signing. I did feel somewhat rushed during the signing process. I will go with what I have and call it “it is what it is” but I have learned a valuable lesson and will warn others to watch for these not so friendly tactics. More

This dealership really has an excellent staff, not only are they patient and knowledgeable, they let you decide what you really want. The agent (Fred Jones) took around 8 keys and showed me all of the veh are they patient and knowledgeable, they let you decide what you really want. The agent (Fred Jones) took around 8 keys and showed me all of the vehicles we saw online, then when we did the numbers he notice that it would be a better deal for us to lease a vehicle, which we did with the help of the sales manager ( Jorge Sierra). We are very pleased with the treatment we received from everyone we were in touch with, we will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More
