Worst Ever I was looking to finance a Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck. I came across their profile and gave them a call this week Tuesday (11/12/2024) around 3:00 pm and talked to sales person Francesco Be pick-up truck. I came across their profile and gave them a call this week Tuesday (11/12/2024) around 3:00 pm and talked to sales person Francesco Belia. I asked them if they do the financing for poor credit scores and if I will be able to drive the vehicle on the same day. After I got his confirmation to my two questions I drew for 2 hours and arrived around 6:30 pm, they were closing at 8:00 pm. When I arrived at the dealership they unlocked the vehicle without giving me the key so that I could see the vehicle in person. After I checked the vehicle they printed many papers and asked me to sign. After I signed papers we went together with Francesco for a test drive and after completing the test drive we went to the office for documentation. In the documents they brought, they wrote all the numbers. I agreed to put a $2,000 down payment. The first surprise was they told me that you will not be able to drive the car today because you are a Massachusetts resident and Massachusetts does not allow temporary plates. I told them that I recently purchased an Isuzu Box Truck and the dealer put a temporary plate on it and checked google and it says that Massachusetts allows temporary plates. They told me to check and came after a while saying that they called a professional they have a link to (either a friend or a person they work with, I`m not sure) and that person confirmed that Massachusetts does not allow temporary plates. The solution they foresee is that I will need to go to RMV in Massachusett and get plates and bring them so that they can release the vehicle. I agreed with them and asked if there is a person they work with who can do the paperwork on my behalf for whom I can make payment as my time is quite limited. They told me that they can not promise but they will check tomorrow and will let me know. They have not confirmed this information so far. And all these conversations were before submitting a credit application. After getting my confirmation regarding the plate question they submitted my credit application. Once more I told the manager Bill (I may mistake name) that as I told Francesco my credit score is low saying once more to you that If you would need cosigner please let me know so I can talk to my cousin, his credit score is between 600-700. He said no worries, will let you know just in case. I waited for a while and one Finance person (forgot his name) came and told me that he will need a cosigner and asked for information about the cosigner. I told him that his credit score is not perfect but should be between 600-700. He asked what he is doing for job, I told him that he is a truck driver and currently in California. He also told me that you both need to be here in person. I responded that that is not possible because I will not have time and he is in California. He told Ok, he will figure it out and let Maverick (as far as I understand kind of notary service) will go to him so that he can sign papers in person. I agreed and sent the link to my cousin so that he can fill out an application. Tuesday late evening my cousin submitted a credit application and on Wednesday Francesco called me to ask my cousin to unlock his credit score. He unfreeze the credit application around Wednesday 2:43 pm and I informed Francesco via text message. I waited for a while and followed up with Francesco at 4:59 pm on Wednesday and he told me he is busy with another customer. I also followed up one more time Wednesday but got no answer. Thursday morning after a follow up Francesco asked to share the picture of my cousin's driving license. I shared it as well, we chatted for a while (will share all screenshots where we chatted with company line and Francesco personal line). I told him that I can increase down payment to $3,000 and asked him to follow up with finance. He told me that he has no approval with $3,000 as well. I asked him what the option was then. I was taken care of by Frankie and what a wonderful experience honestly. Made everything simple, was upfront about everything and made sure he did everything he can to make sure I left the dealer with experience honestly. Made me car buying experience easy, everyone is very kind and genuine. After visiting their website they didn't hound me with the calls from their dealers like other car lots that I've experienced. We purchased a vehicle from out of state, Frankie and all of MotorWorld were very responsive and helpful along the way. The sales process went very smoothly and Brian Spinner was very helpful with the financing. My calls were responded to quickly, despite wing 2 time zones away. There were a few added fees to cover for getting sales and titling paperwork delivered and notarized, but I felt they were reasonable. We purchased the vehicle based on the description on their website and were completely satisfied. The vehicle was exactly as they described. Frankie even went out of his way to record a video of areas I wanted to have a closer look at. MotorWorld is a bit far away from me, but I would purchase from them again if they had the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. More
