We were looking for a very specific vehicle, color of interior and exterior was of primary importance. We knew of Lexus, Volvo, and Subaru but we had not yet looked over Honda or Acura. After our first telecom with Mark we could tell that he was enthusiastic and detail oriented about vehicles. My wife and I met with Mark the next day and his enthusiasm moved into analytical mode. He took us out in a Lexus and then an Acura. After the two test drives, we sat and talked about specifications and warrenties. Mark introduced to the warrenty manager (Ryan), the finance manager (Brian) and the general manager (Richard)...great team. After hearing our needs, Richard gave us his opinion that the Lexus seemed to best meet our needs. His opinion was logical, not in any way pushy, and this meant a lot to us. After that day of test driving and discussions we went home, decided on the Lexus NX350, and sent a text to Mark that night. The next day we drove home in our Nori Green, 2023 beauty. I came in expecting to wait for an hour. Within 5 minutes, Dave came in and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I saw that he was salesperson of the month, but yet… I wasn’t expecting a Within 5 minutes, Dave came in and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I saw that he was salesperson of the month, but yet… I wasn’t expecting a perfect experience. Coming from NYC, I am used to getting really lazy, dare I say… bad customer service. But, I was wrong! Dave was ready for me. He had the vehicle I was interested in parked curbside and ready to go. He gave me all the time I needed, and never badgered me to get my mind made up. When I wanted to compare the vehicle with two others that weren’t immediately available, he promptly found a mutually suitable time for me to return and compare. On the second visit, he had 4 vehicles ready to go for that comparison—I stayed for 5 hours comparing the nuances of each against each other. Dave let me decide on my own. Never once was he pushy or indirect. The dealership manager also stopped by and was never pushy or expectant with my decision timeline, either. Needless to say, I wanted the car I came in for, but Dave and the MotorWorld team put me at ease. Their attitudes allowed me to seal the deal and not take my business elsewhere. Was an all around very positive experience. I will never shop for another vehicle anywhere else! Seek out Dave Bell for next vehicle. You’ll probably end up making a friend! 10/10; would recommend.
