Service told me wrong about pricing on the two flushes. They spilled brake fluid all over my car and promised me 45 min and it took 3 hours due the spill, when I originally went in there for just an oil ch They spilled brake fluid all over my car and promised me 45 min and it took 3 hours due the spill, when I originally went in there for just an oil change. I was told this special is authorized and put on by Toyota and that once the sale ends the end of the month, it will not be offered again. Then I am told after waiting a total of 4 hours that I need to take my car to the car wash to get any access brake fluid off. Car wash was closed due to it raining. Then I got home and wedged between my hood and windshield is the brake fluid reservoir cover, scratching my paint. They literally slammed the hood closed without putting it back in place and now I have marks and the rubber seal is twisted and loose. This is a new vehicle. This has been so stressful and I question the integrity of the service I received. More
