I called Patrick Subaru about a white Subaru Legacy that was advertised on their website. When I showed up the next morning for a test drive, the sales manager had the keys waiting for me. Frank Wilson was was advertised on their website. When I showed up the next morning for a test drive, the sales manager had the keys waiting for me. Frank Wilson was my sales person and was very low pressure. Everything was made easy for me, all my questions were answered and I purchased the car without having to spend my whole day there. When I began to drive the car I realized that there were a couple of issues with the radio and the cup holder. I called the sales manager and he had the service manager call me back immediately and schedule an appointment. When I brought the car in to be checked out, the service person was extrememly helpful and had someone drive me to work. They called me at work within 2 hours to tell me what they found and how they corrected the issues. Overall, I have had a very good experience with Patrick Subaru and would definitely recommend them to others. More

Salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable. Low pressure situation and I never felt rushed. I met the sales person, Frank Wilcox, when I came into the dealership to look at used cars. Frank was extremely helpful, and although I did not buy a used car at that time, he went through a number of op the dealership to look at used cars. After visiting another dealer so that I could make a comparison, I found the approach by Patrick Subaru, and Dealing with Frank, to be refreshing. They did not try to gouge me on price, they made a great offer and stuck by it and I ended up leasing a new car from Patrick Subaru. I would defintely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I visited this dealership even though it was far from my home (I live in Newton) because my brother just recently bought a car there and had such a good experience. Two weeks later and I am still without my new car, and now the general manager (Jason Patrick) says there is no way to know when I will get it. Today I go on their website and see a vehicle for sale with the same VIN as the vehicle I put a deposit on. These people are corrupt and will do anything to take your money! Stay away! More

I did my homework on determining the dealer cost for the car I wanted, as well as the value of my trade-in. The dealership was very willing work with me on that basis, bargaining up from the dealer cost ra car I wanted, as well as the value of my trade-in. I would recommened this dealership. I was in the market for a new vehicle and it came down to two dealerships. One was located 5 minutes from my place of work and the other one near my residence, but 25 for a new vehicle and it came down to two dealerships. One was located 5 minutes from my place of work and the other one near my residence, but 25 minutes away. The price on the Forester came down to a difference of $200.00 dollars. I decided to go with Patrick was because of the friendly service, especially Frank, who took the time to explain every aspect of the vehicle, he was not pushy, and treated us like family. The other dealership was somewhat friendly, but it was not the difference of the $200.00 dollars, it was the terrible attitude of the sales manager who made the final decision regarding price. After my wife and I decided on a Subaru, we went to our local RI dealership and test drove and got pricing on an Outback. I wasn't happy with the price, no trade, so I went on line and sought additional p local RI dealership and test drove and got pricing on an Outback. I wasn't happy with the price, no trade, so I went on line and sought additional prices on the exact model we had decided on. Patrick was the best price, but more important than the price we got was the way we were treated once we got there. Frank Wilcox was knowledgable, not pushy, and a true gentleman to both my wife and myself. We felt confident in the decision we were making because all the questions we had were answered honestly and clearly. We also worked with Bob Bernier on the paperwork and again everything was clearly explained to us and their was no pressure to take added warranties unless we wanted them.
