One of the best car-buying experiences I've had I've been buying cars for 40 years, and my experience at Patrick Subaru was one of the best ever. No pressure, great price, and a welcoming atmosphere make for a wonderful experience. From the minute I walked in the door for my first test drive to the minute I drove off the lot in my new Forester, I felt very comfortable and at ease. Frank was great to work with and took all the time necessary to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new ride. I will definitely return when my wife's ready to trade in HER vehicle next Spring, and I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone wanting a great car-buying experience. More

A good car buying experience; I ended up buying 2 cars. Decided we wanted a lightly used Subaru for my wife so she could pass along her older car to my daughters. My wife liked the look and size of the Forester so we started our search. Our quest took about 3 weeks and Patrick Subaru was one of our last stops and as it turned out our best stop. Previous to our visit I asked them to supply their best price for a 2011 Forester, as I had done with very similar Forester's with the same options from other Subaru dealers. I was given a fair & competitive price so a visit was in order. We met with Frank, who was very thorough and professional in his presentation. No high pressure and a pleasant experience compared to many of the larger cookie-cutter experiences at some of the other large dealers. When we picked up our car we were met by Frank who went over every feature of our Forester. Even though he's probably been through these explanations hundreds of times before he did it a clear and concise manner, without rushing through anything, answering all of our questions. When we got home after our initial visit I told the wife that was so much a better experience than I had anticipated and since I have been considering a new car for myself sometime in the fall I decided to call Frank and do a deal for a new 2014 Outback that same day. (low financing didn't hurt either). Frank & Rob were just as thorough and pleasant when I picked up the Outback as well. Love our new Subaru's and would highly recommend visiting Patric Subaru if a Subaru is in your future! Chuck V. More

i was extremely happy with this dealership, i started out at two other subaru dealerships and was treated like i didn't even matter, no deals, nothing for my trade in, even though they emailed me the GREAT D at two other subaru dealerships and was treated like i didn't even matter, no deals, nothing for my trade in, even though they emailed me the GREAT DEALS they supposedly had, but once i showed up they played stupid!!! i had already done all my homework on the vehicle i wanted, so after the second dealership that didn't want to sell me a car, i went to PATRICK SUBARU and as soon as i walked through the door i was immediately greeted by Jason, who set me up with Frank Wilcox and from that moment on it was smooth sailing, Frank went out of his way to get me the best deal possible and the most for my trade in!!!! This is my first Subaru and my first brand new car I've ever purchased!!!! I was on the hunt for a used Forester when Frank greeted us in the used car area of Patrick. He quickly assessed that all of the models were 2010 or older, and we were looking for a 2011 or newer with Blue us in the used car area of Patrick. He quickly assessed that all of the models were 2010 or older, and we were looking for a 2011 or newer with Bluetooth features. We looked at a few other options, including the hot new Crosstrek, but ultimately decided that the price he was offering on a brand new car (my first ever!) was a better deal than MetroWest Subaru was offering on a used 2011 Forester, and that it had everything we were looking for in a car. We have an active lifestyle, so the trunk space and all wheel drive is perfect for all-season sports and activities, and with kids, the Bluetooth calling capability and i-pod features are perfect for our family fun. Frank was up-front with us-smart dealers know that the customer has access to online tools to compare offers these days (and as we negotiated, I was checking my KBB app to make sure his offer was in line with the going rate). We walked away feeling like we got a really great deal on a new car, and the process was actually enjoyable. I'm a tough negotiator, and I felt like both the dealer and I walked away happy. Truth be told, the car wasn't even on the lot, it was still on a boat! So I felt like Frank went above and beyond to find me what I wanted, in the color I wanted, and then kept in good communication with me about the arrival date of the car. We had all of the finances, paperwork, and insurance worked out so that as soon as the car came in I could take it home (with 6 miles on the odo!). Patrick's checklist helped me prepare in advance for what could be a complicated process, but it wasn't. When I picked up the car, Frank went through the manuals in great detail, explaining new features I might not be familiar with (given that we have an older Outback already). Then, we went to the car and walked through various buttons, etc. and also set up some speed dial numbers from my phone. Overall, I was beyond pleased with my experience at Patrick and with Frank. I've shopped at 2 other regional Subaru dealers in the MetroWest and Stoughton areas, and I have not been impressed. And as a woman, I felt like Frank treated me (not my husband) as the customer, and with genuine respect. Even though Patrick is 19 miles away from my home on the Natick/Framingham line, I'll go there for service over the dealer that is just a few miles away. More

I was researching cars to purchase having switched from a pick up during a time when I was traveling frequently for work. Then dealing with Lisa via email to the details of the car, test drive and delivery date was exteremly easy. She dealt with my questions in a timely manner making sure I had complete answers. Then dealing with Frank when I had the time to actually complete the deal was great. The whole process took less than a week. Everyone was friendly and helpful. More

Patrick Subaru does an outstanding job in fulfilling the experience for anyone looking to buy a Subaru. The person we worked with, Frank Wilcox, did a nice job of answering all our questions and providing us with a very competitive price. He made every effort to earn our business but at no time stepped over the line to pressure the sale. The whole team, including the business office, is very straight-forward. They know they have a good product and are just trying to make the experience as easy as possible. In the end Frank, and Patrick Subaru, did everything they said they would and we are now happy owners of a 2012 Forester. It's a nice car. I have heard good things about Patrick's service department but have not experienced it for myself just yet. More
