Communication was terrible—he was extremely difficult to get a hold of, rarely answered calls, and didn’t return messages in a timely manner. On top of that, the dealership itself was just as bad. Phones went unanswered, and callbacks almost never happened. Overall, this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend doing business here.
