I've been a client of the service department at Colonial VW of Medford for 20 years. They cared for my 2002 Passat until I replaced it with a 2020 Tiguan. And I chose to buy a VW in 2020 because I wanted to VW of Medford for 20 years. They cared for my 2002 Passat until I replaced it with a 2020 Tiguan. And I chose to buy a VW in 2020 because I wanted to continue working with Colonial VW of Medford. I can't say anything about Frank, specifically, I don't think I've ever met him, but by and large the staff are competent, efficient, courteous and as far as I can tell honest. More
