Booked an appointment at 12:30 for Oil change, tire rotations and 2 recalls to be taken cared of. They didn't start it until 2 hours later, then they tell me that my vehicle is ready but that they can' rotations and 2 recalls to be taken cared of. I said ok when can I ou order them and they said they didn't know when. I was pretty frustrated by this point wondering why everything was taking so lon for an oil change and tire rotation. I paid for my services and they told me that they will bring my vehicle right out ..30 min later they still didn't bring my vehicle I asked someone what was going on they looked at my paper work and said let me look in to it. He came back 15 min later and said oh they are still working on it... what is the point of appointments if they are not going to be respected! I didn't get out of there until after 4pm Update After they did the tire rotation they didn't reset the tire pressure on the tires my rear tire are supposed to be at 80 psi and front 60 psi. They swapped them and didn't bother adjusting the pressure had to go to a tire shop to get tire pressure adjusted the way it should have been done! More
