Since owning my Jeep Wrangler JL, the team at McPeek Jeep has consistently been there for me, providing exceptional customer service and treating me like family every step of the way. Today was another perfect example of why I continue to trust them. I initially called George, who has always taken great care of me over the years. When George became unavailable, Luis immediately stepped in, answered all my questions, got me scheduled in right away, and made the entire process seamless. The level of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. Not only did they provide a fair price and complete the work in a timely manner, but they also arranged transportation for me and even sent an Uber to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. My Jeep was thoroughly inspected, I received a clean bill of health, and they checked several additional items to make sure everything was in top condition. On top of that, they washed my Jeep and had it back to me before the end of the day! The entire dealership experience was first-class. The new showroom is absolutely fantastic, clean, modern, and welcoming. While I was there, I was able to comfortably sit in the new vehicle area and get some work done. I also had the opportunity to speak with one of the sales representatives and was reminded again why this dealership stands out from the rest. My Jeep has been an amazing vehicle, and with the level of care and service I continue to receive from McPeek Jeep, it's easy to see why I'm already considering another Jeep in the future. Then again, they take such great care of my current Wrangler that I sometimes wonder why I'd ever need another one! Before I left, I was able to see George and personally thank him as well. George, Luis, and the entire McPeek Jeep team consistently go above and beyond. The staff—both the guys and gals—are truly top-notch, and every visit reinforces why I trust them with my vehicle. Luis C was great and polite of explaining everything. However, the service wasn't. I thought with an early morning appointment, the car should have been serviced at least on the same day, but they didn't However, the service wasn't. Mid morning the next day, I'd have to ask for an update and they just said it's still up in the air. After I asked for a loaner, not long after I received a text that the vehicle was ready. Luis said they couldn't really find anything wrong, so they just lubricated the parts that might be the source of the creaking noise problem. However, once I started to drive again, I could still hear the creaking noise, but I had to leave right away so I didn't have a chance to stay longer at the service center. More
