This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Fox Valley Auto Group. And the reason why is because we have always been able to get the vehicle at a fair price, the people we have dealt with in the sales and Auto Group. We were referred to Frank from friends that have bought cars from him for years. They would not go anywhere else. Frank set us up with Rudy. Rudy was very knowledgeable about all of the features of th cars from him for years. They would not go anywhere else. Frank set us up with Rudy. Since new cars are challenging to get at this time, Rudy was great at showing us different options and find the car that checked all of the boxes for us. He was able to educate us on what certified pre-owned is, as well as how warranties work for used cars and things to consider on maintaining resale value since we do plan to buy a new car in the next year or so. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will be back for a new car once new car inventory improves including chips for the luxury of heated seats and steering wheels (I am not willing to go without these in our Illinois winters)! More
