I went in March 18th I was told I told them that I had a Frederick credit freeze on my account and that I had to wait till I get my birth certificate to take the driver's part of the driver's test Dean the Frederick credit freeze on my account and that I had to wait till I get my birth certificate to take the driver's part of the driver's test Dean the tall guy the tallest guy there and his his army of a bad salesperson so I was like oh it won't affect you you'll be okay and I specifically told them that my dad was just supposed liner and that he only gets $800 a month they ran my Dad's credit without telling us that they were doing this and they put my dad down as the owner of the car and me as a cosigner the car well the first day I drove it off I noticed some issues some rough driving some when you put it in drive or reverse it would make it like a grinding sound so I contacted the guy Dean being I mean his name is Ben Supercar guys and I told him what was going on so it'll be okay it says it'll help bring your credit score up so I'm telling him I don't like this car is giving me problems it's jerking it's doing all kind of things is fully within the three days to return well he tells me what will fix it in this will help your credit he would allow me to bring the car back in to to get out of the finance so 4 days 5 days pass it was giving me more problems well come to find out I had to give them the car back March stud like 25th 26 7 days after I purchased it financed it of the transmission went out. They kept it at the shop till April 15th of 2022 and it's still jerking pulling can't get on the highway can't drive fast cuz it's jerking grinding making crazy sounds so what are I wanted to get out of this loan so if anyone has any help on this review for Super Car Guys in Wichita Kansas on West Street I'd appreciate it I have a contact number of 316 932-9841 I'd appreciate it I need some help I've contacted a couple of attorneys waiting on their phone calls to see cuz my dad only gets $100 a month he's on disability the car is almost $600 a month the insurance is almost to almost 300 a month so how is my dad supposed to take care of this car note and be able to live on disability my dad is almost 80 years old I am the one that was supposed to been the owner not my dad my dad was just supposed to co-sign because he had license and I specifically told them that I would think we should wait until my birth certificate comes in so I can go take my driver's test part and then the fries from credit and experience in Equifax will come off of my credit card account and then you can run my credit you know I won't have to use my dad as a cosigner but they were like an hour your dad's not the owner you'll be the owner and when we got home and the car was putting the show seven days after I purchase it we find out that my dad is the owner and my dad cannot afford to pay $1,000 for a car and he had only gets $800 on disability so I'm reaching out to any and anyone that could possibly help me return this card I don't even want any money back on it they can have it I just want my dad off of the off of the finance and I want out the deal More

All I can say is wow! I had an outstanding experience with Super Car Guys at the West location and Rock Rd location. I went in yesterday hoping to leave with a car, but didn’t think I’d be able to due to with Super Car Guys at the West location and Rock Rd location. I went in yesterday hoping to leave with a car, but didn’t think I’d be able to due to my horrible credit score. Angel worked with me to make sure I left in a car I loved - I was in and out in a few hours! However, today I noticed that one of the sensors on my car was faulty, so I went back in and they quickly scheduled me an appt with their Rock Rd location to get it fixed ASAP. They told me they will give me a loaner car while it is being worked on so I’m not out of a car. I’m so happy I chose to go with Super Car Guys. Impeccable customer service. More

I spoke to Sandra on the phone and she guaranteed that they would be able to put me in a car where my monthly payments would be under $270 a month. What a lie! More
