DO NOT USE. I have used SCG in the past and was pleased with their efforts, but todays visit was a nightmare. Sat for 2.5 hours, then a manager that couldnt speak English tried to upsell me to a higher amount than I stipulated, then another stated there was a $4k fee to get a loan I had to cover, then they rejected my trade-in valued at $7k because I wouldnt take $1500 for it, THEN the last manager tries to get us to use Payday advances, or other loans to increase my down payment. I told them NO multiple times and eventually left disappointed in their service. T>H>E>N the same manager contacts me at home multiple times saying I needed to hurry back, and I had only one choice even though I declined. Got rather rude with me in the end when I called him out for his antics. Dear God dude, theres MILLIONS of cars for sale in US. Im sure theres other options. Result: Bad service, poor staff conduct, and manipulative sales antics. Go elsewhere trust me. Update: Someone within SCG decided it would be cute to impersonate Walser Auto across town and pretend to offer me a car. I know it was SCG because NO ONE knew I was looking or applied anywhere else. Simple deduction. So the cruel joke was when I went to Walser, a much more elite and professional dealership, they would laugh at my poor credit and I would be humiliated. But. When I contacted Walser directly, they were very disturbed by this unprofessional conduct, and they treated me with dignity and kindness. To have a car lot play this tasteless cruel and demeaning prank on a customer says it all. GO ELSEWHERE. I recommend Walser. Really polite and kind people.

Just another slimy car dealership that once you drive off the lot your SOL if you have a problem with your vehicle.

A very manipulative dealership once I told salesman or finance manager, I wasn’t interested. He harassed me intimidated me by sending me pictures of myself from my Facebook account. I reported this to super guys and they did absolutely nothing a terrible dealership. I bought three vehicles from them well that’s not happening ever again because they are a xxxx poor dealership.

I have left many voicemails about the jeep I was pushed into after I repeatedly told the sales rep I did not want a all wheel drive and wanted a Nissan Murano. He told me oh no this is 4 wheel drive. I told the seles manager it had dents that needed fixed and it had a short I thought and was told fixing it was not going to happen it was being sold to cheap as it was. Yeah it had over a hundred thousand miles. Now it's broke down and I can't get a hold of a service rep and I have tried 5 or 6 times to no avail. All the while I was broken down in the middle of Lincoln. I hate this car and I would not recommend them to anyone. Big big mistake

I am a single mom and I have had my car since August of 2023, and it is the end of January, and I got a ticket couple days before Thanksgiving for having expired tags. I took my title work to them, and they told me to go to Eddy's to get it fixed. So, I went there and took it to them and they told me it shouldn't take long. It is now almost February and I have yet to get it back yet. I call every day to see if it is here and they keep telling me they don't know when it will be here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLES AT ALL FROM THEM!!!! They SCREW people over. Do NOT shop here alone if you're a woman that doesn't know anything about vehicles.

Asked our budget and didn’t even get close. Just told me I wanted pre pandemic prices and things have changed. Bought the car anyways even though payments were almost double what we said. Car ended up being several thousand over what we said we wanted to spend. But bought anyways thinking ok I’m trying to be cheap but cheaper not always dependable. Have had the car since just over 6 months. Been in the shop 3 times with a run around each time. First time they Jerry rigged the brakes and said see if that holds if not we’ll order the part. Then the flywheel was bad but didn’t get to that until after they told me first the alternator, then the starter, now the flywheel. Always say they are out of loaners. And then had the audacity to offer me a loaner with no heat in the dead of winter after they’ve had my car for a week. Hands down worst car buying experience, maintenance support ever had and horrible customer service. Absolutely frustrated with this place.
