Easily me best ever car buying experience I have been looking for a car for the past month or so. I've visited 6 or 7+ dealerships (multiple Toyota's, Honda's, Nissan's, etc.). While most deal I have been looking for a car for the past month or so. I've visited 6 or 7+ dealerships (multiple Toyota's, Honda's, Nissan's, etc.). While most dealerships are concerned about selling and pressuring you into buying a car, this dealership did not. My sales associate, Fitzroy Crooks, explained honestly what would be the best deal and the best fit for my situation. He did everything in his power to ensure that I had a positive experience. & after visiting so many dealerships, I can assure you that this dealership is the best way to go. All of the staff is friendly and willing to offer sound advice. I wouldn't recommend any other dealership, and I STRONGLY recommend working with Fitzroy Crooks. He will find you a great deal that meets your needs. After choosing a car, the financial associate, Jillian, took care of everything else. I'm a student and on a pretty tight budget. She went beyond her duty to help me find out what I could do to keep my car covered in case of any emergencies. She gave me her personal phone number and encouraged me to reach out to her if I needed anything. This dealership was a 20/10, could not have been any happier with my purchase. By far the number one dealer out of all the dealerships I visited. More

Great experience Fitz was great! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I forgot my sunglasses in my old car which I traded in, and I came Fitz was great! I live in Queens which I bought Camry XLE 2017 for very good price. When i called them they gave me their price which is low compare to other dealer. I live in Queens which is 45 miles away and takes an hour to go there. But all i can say compare to other dealer like Lees, Millennium etc this is the best dealer. They were helpful and allowed us to take our time to locate a vehicle that we were interested in. There were no gimmicks or games. They gave us a fair price as well. They also made sure a shimmy that we felt in the wheel on the test drive was fixed before we picked up the car. Reggie in the finance department provided plenty of information and also took his time to make sure we could get the best financing options as well. The detailing done by Lia was top notch. It looks and smells like a new car but it has 30 k miles on it. I also needed some information about the service history on the Highlander and Terry in the parts and service department took his time to provide me with everything I needed. We would highly recommend going to Lia. More

Great experience with Fitz and Reggie Was a bit nervous walking into Rockland Toyota because of a past experience couple yrs ago. I went with the intention of sitting with the person that Was a bit nervous walking into Rockland Toyota because of a past experience couple yrs ago. I went with the intention of sitting with the person that I spoke to over the phone and was a little disappointed when I was told that he was out to lunch. I did not know what to expect from the sales person that I was about to sit with so I was a bit uneasy. It took less than 2mins into the conversation for me to started feeling comfortable. I felt like I was talking to someone I have known my whole life, we spoke and laugh like we were old friends, this to me was pretty amazing. Fitz cared about and understood my needs, he is also very knowledgeable about the products and took the time out to try and educate about the products. His knowledge allowed me to make a more inform decision about what I was getting. His professionalism and dedication is something I have never experienced from a sales person before.
