Exceptional Service beginning to end. My quest for a new car brought me to Lia Toyota of Rockland. There I met Fitzroy, who became my salesperson. Although I had an idea of what I wanted My quest for a new car brought me to Lia Toyota of Rockland. There I met Fitzroy, who became my salesperson. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, I did not really have the time to do the full homework as to what would really meet my needs. In addition to that I am a very picky person. In short once I told Fitzroy what my needs were, he then helped my to zero in on the perfect vehicle that would not only meet my needs but also my wants. I was very floored by the fact that they (Fitzroy and Tara-the Locate manager) took the time to search every nook and cranny to ensure that I received my 2017 Highlander in my first choice color, even though there were other color choices available. Thank you also to Reggie Young and Reggie Pierre for helping me get through the final stages of the transaction without a hiccup. There is absolutely no question as to whether I would return. Who could ask for anything more? More

I make my money on car sales not lease returns "I make my money on car sales not lease returns" was the exact words that a dealer (His name is Fitzroy Crooks) said to me when I was returning my lea "I make my money on car sales not lease returns" was the exact words that a dealer (His name is Fitzroy Crooks) said to me when I was returning my lease Corolla to Toyota. I was trying to return my car so I called a day ahead of a return date to make an appointment, however because of Fitzroy's busy schedule, I couldn't get a hold of him and waited multiple hours where my call kept going to the customer service representative leaving me a message for the dealer. When I was finally able to get a hold of him 2 days later. Out of my frustration, I told him why was it so hard to get a hold of him when I'm just trying to return my car, and he said "I make my money on car sales not lease returns" as the reason of his lateness in answering my message... Say What? I really had big respect for Toyota and all my family members had Toyota however from now I will never buy any cars from Toyota and force all my friend, family, and fellow army members to not to purchase any vehicles from Toyota ever again. Great Service - always aim to please! I was concerned about my leased vehicle due to mileage overage and wanted to know what my options were. I came in looking for Yris Salcedo, whom helped me with my previous vehicle and I love, she was awesome!! Unfortunately she out on a car swap in Pennsylvania and would not be coming in on the day I chose to just show up. But she recommended I deal with Fitzroy Crooks. What a blessing! Fitz worked with me and helped me with my situation. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I ended up leaving there with a brand new vehicle paying what I wanted to pay for a new a lease. The guys Jonu Sam and Reggie Young really worked on the numbers to try and get me the best deal possible. The team really made it happen for me. I really appreciate them for a pleasant experience. The only drawback was that I was at the dealership for 7 hours. But at the end of the day I'm happy with them and my new vehicle. I'm enjoying the drive. I will most definitely return since I've been a happy customer since 2012. More
