We were in the market for a midsize sedan and decided on a 2022 Subaru Legacy Limited. We shopped several dealers and after a lot of vetting we went with Subaru of Jacksonville. We were actually on a cruise ship when we closed the deal and our sales rep Mark Ogden handled everything seamlessly from getting the max on our trade sight unseen to getting to the final financed number to lock down the deal. We have been very impressed with Mark as he kept us in the loop to make sure when we drove from the port to take delivery after getting back from vacation there would be no issues and there were not it went very smoothly/efficiently as we live in north Florida and are right at 4 hrs from the dealership one way. He also took the time to make sure to show us all the features on the vehicle and made sure we were completely comfortable before making the drive back home. He called the next day to make sure we got home ok and didn't have any additional questions. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Mark the chance to earn your business and at least match or beat your best deal. We will give Mark every opportunity we can for any of our and also family/friends future auto needs so give him the chance you will not regret it!!! More

Our car buying experience at Subaru of Jacksonville was one of the easiest, and stress-free purchases we’ve ever made. I want to start off by saying Kimberly is the sweetest! Our journey started in late March as we were looking to purchase our first new vehicle. We had been through many dealers before and our experiences were not the best. I asked a local Subaru group I am in (we love subarus) they told me in North Florida SoJaX was the place to go. so I messaged them and Kimberly replied. I explained that we were stationed in Alaska and by the summer we would be heading to Florida around late July so we started the order process and went through the numbers and we were super happy with what she told us. I told Kimberly I was skeptical about dealerships and hoped the process was easy and painless and she sympathized with us and promised we would have a great time. Well after we put a down payment on our custom 2022 forester she told us she would update us every step of the way and she did. We were told to anticipate august if not September time frame for delivery and in late June we got a message saying our car was in Florida! Super fast and easy right?! So now we flew in around early July since we move soon and once we got to the dealership without the chit chatting I could swear to you the whole process took about an hour and that’s giving some spare time!!! I’ve never in my life experiences that quick and painless process. The whole time Kimberly was on it as far as knowledgeable, kind, personable and dedicated to help us understand our vehicle and make us feel like we really were part of her family! Not only that but she took the extra time to really make sure we understood everything we were doing!! She even helped us set up some additional accessories we purchased then and there! I mean the whole experience was amazing and I don’t think I’d want to try my hand at another dealership! 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle in this area or if you are near!! All the staff there was so friendly and patient! Thank you so much for everything from our time zones to waiting for us to get there and the whole asking questions! Truly thank you and this dealership for going above and beyond!! Also to note the vehicle was at MSRP and that’s unheard of nowadays so thank you SoJaX!!! More
