Kim is the type of salesperson that genuinely cares about her customers. She clearly articulated the features in the car, and the process we would follow to purchase this Subaru. Speaking to her on the phone and in person confirmed my first impression that this car buying process would proceed smoothly. Mark was great, there was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable. The Finance part took way too long and we had to wait for another customer to finish but Oviedo was very nice. After being disappointed in our local subaru dealership, we widened our search and contacted subaru of Jacksonville. Ray Powdrell was knowledgeable and accommodating.
