Why do dealerships screw you when it comes to servicing the vehicle? Be transparent, show customers what the parts cost plus installation versus online and let them make a decision. Not calling customers is BAD. Not showing dealer parts costs versus online costs is BAD. This just pisses off customers like me. Don’t try and f?$k people. Pretend they’re your Aunt/Grandma. More
