Was never greeted by rep until vehicle was done, no paperwork, we had to ask the employee who announced the vehicle was done-if he was Fernando “yes” and handed the keys. My third time here was questionable. Dropped my Jeep off Friday at 8am and wasn’t looked at until Wednesday. Had a bad experience a year ago and tried giving it another chance. Still the same people with the same problems. Had a scheduled appointment and it still took them 1 hr to see me. Talked to my serv another chance. Still the same people with the same problems. Had a scheduled appointment and it still took them 1 hr to see me. Talked to my service representative and asked him to look at my rear end as there is a noise issue. Told him it my be brake related. He said he would look at it. 3 hours later and the only thing that was done is a simple oil change and tire rotation. They totally forgot to look at the rear end. As a former ASE mechanic. This was never exceptable. We did everything the customer asked and more. I will never go back and I will make sure my fleet of vehicles never go there again as well. More
